Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before agreeing to dog waste
removal services from Doggone Waste Removal.
TERMS OF SERVICE (Effective 1.1.23)
Doggone Waste Removal is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we” or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses and commercial properties, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire
us for, you are bound to these Terms.
The customer understands our ability to provide the Services is dependent on weather conditions, grass height, organic or household debris, snow, slush, ice and other unknown outside influences may prevent access to your yard which is your own responsibility.
DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE
Doggone Waste Removal offers residential and commercial dog waste removal services.
These services include a Once Weekly Service, Twice Weekly Service, One Time Clean, Every Other Week Service, Spring Cleaning and servicing HOA or Municipal pet waste stations. All pricing is based on an area size of an 1/8th of an acre. Larger residential and commercial properties will have an additional charge.
YARD ACCESS
Customers understand if Doggone Waste Removal can’t access the area needing cleaning due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or dogs in the yard; the scoop will be skipped and charges will still apply. Doggone Waste Removal suggests adding gate combination or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests for us to come back because of a gate being locked, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.
WEATHER
Doggone Waste Removal will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow. Doggone Waste Removal is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. In these cases, we will skip service for that week, and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the waste that would have been scooped the prior week and will be in your yard longer than normal.
HOLIDAYS Doggone Waste Removal does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your pick up day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick up. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the waste from the week prior and will be in your yard longer than normal
BILLING
Doggone Waste Removal pre bills monthly for our service similar to gym memberships and other monthly subscriptions. Your credit card will be charged between the 25th and 29th of each month. Each Month you will receive a "paid invoice" statement in your email. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service until the issue has been resolved. If 30 days pass prior to your last cleaning, a first time clean up fee will be applied.
LEAVES, DEBRIS AND TALL GRASS
We always do our best to clean your yard. We understand maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The customer understands that it can be difficult to find dog waste in tall grass or in a yard filled with leaves or other debris. If your grass is above ankle high when we arrive, dog waste may be missed. Any waste missed will be cleaned on our next scheduled visit provided the yard maintenance has been completed.
ADDITIONAL FEES
The following are items we charge extra for:Call back request to property ($5/time)
Cleaning rocks/pebbled or wood chip areas ($5/visit)
Waiting- Making a staff member wait to perform your cleaning ($5/visit added to next months bill)
PRIVACY POLICY
We may collect personal information from you on our Sites or through any other digital
or personal communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided
by you and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number,
and physical address. Our Sites may collect general information about the service you
are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and
number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior.We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use
personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business,
your information is for Doggone Waste Removal use only. We will never sell your
information or send it to third parties.We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for
purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending
information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our System. We may
also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in
response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to
establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise
required by law.
REVISIONS
Doggone Waste Removal provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms,
which may be amended annually without notice to you. Amendments will be
effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend you
visit the Sites to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our
Services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the
provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or
notices published elsewhere on our site.
SHUT DOWN
We reserve the right to shut down operations fully between Christmas and New Years Day. You will be billed at your normal Monthly rate unless you scoop your yard fully during our shut down.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Late payment fee $10 added to each bill that is late. Payment is due the 1st of each month. Bill becomes late on the 3rd of each month.
